Imprisonment and Torture of 2 Teachers

On 19th Feb, 8:49AM, a group of peaceful protesters in front of Myi Kyi Nar teacher training college, were dispersed by the police. Two teachers were taken by force and suffered police brutality in prison because teachers were participating in the Civil Disobedience Movement. One of them was beaten until her hand was broken. The two were released end of the day upon negotiations.
